We have teased our community for long enough about the release of our first NFT (Non Fungible Token), and after many discussions across our platforms and consultations with various artists we have come to the release of our first NFT art piece: The Space-Man.

Who is The Space-Man?

On April 12, 1961, Yury A. Gagarin became the first man in space as he boarded the Vostok 1 space craft. At 09:07am Moscow time Yury Gagarin left Earth as he embarked on a full orbit of our planet before a safe re-entry back into our atmosphere.

This historic voyage has been etched into the fabric of human-space discovery and inspired not only other explorers but artists and designers ever since.

At Eclipse Protocol we would like to honour Yury and present our first of several NFT’s in the Cosmos Collection.
